First impression was of the costume: Wow. It fits the wearer, is proportionate to the human as well as the anime body, and actually looks comfortable to wear. The bow is very nicely shaped, the pleating on the skirt is awesome, and the gloves I rarely see so well-done as this.
I couldn't see the shoulder guards too well due to the lighting, which is nice to be accented or included in the image. I also can't really see the long bow-tails typical to the super form, which was a little disappointing.
The pose is what struck me I think the most about this. It's a relaxed, graceful and lovely pose, which is exactly what Sailor Venus is about. One little easter-egg-type detail that I noticed is that her arms form a heart.
I see what you did. Very nicely done.
Sometimes the simpler the better, and in the lighting and background for this image is definitely a great example for that.
The make up is simple, effective, and really suits the character
I can't wait to see what else you can do with costumes! Overall, lovely photo and costume.
