If Ariel from little mermaid Be a real person, definitive likes this is She must look! So exquisite performance and a warm touch of Your precense for the camera looking so irreal includes having You near as so wonderfull to the concept of a mystical creature likes the mermaids by their charming and natural cutenes must have.
The lighting at Your eyes... Can send Me to the heaven and take Me back for be an stay continuously fascinated by the effect at all those single perfect details. Just the hair looks with that matice! Must take a lot of time and care for preserve it coifed and ready for the pictures! I seen red haired girls before, obviouly not look likes that but You use the effect for looks more near at the Little Mermaid Ariel of the animated version than the artist cosplayer trying look likes Ariel the Little Mermaid in cosplay effect.
The lipstick have a luminous effect what I never seen previously... Looks likes You used Your oun make up mixture! Make contrast against the simplicity at the dress but is not a simple outfit! Obviously You confeccionated and prepaed for Yourself! But is not so simple or easy! You made look more than complementary as the jewerly and the scenario for made a whole image concept what just You can made posible using all Your skills and abilities! Is a conceptual delicious image!

The wig (assuming its a wig) makes the whole picture look too synthetic. It erases some of the natural beauty you see in Ariel.
Your lips are a bit too bright for my taste. Once again making the whole picture look more synthetic than elegant. The flowers on the wig could be a little bigger and more bold.
You've got the big picture really well. Most people say not to stress on the small details and that looking at the whole picture is what counts.
Overall: Great piece. ( i totally love the warm look in your (assuming its you in the picture) eyes)
