First impression: Wow. The dress itself is very lovely, and clearly a lot of work went into its creation. It is a spot on recreation of what is truly one of the most impressive dresses seen in animation.
Secondly, the model posing as Ariel (I'm assuming its you, the deviant, yes?) looks just like a doll with her powdered skin, clean red lipstick and the subtle eyes that really show off the blue, just like the depths of the ocean. Her hair is flawless - if its a wig, I don't want to know, because the color is spot on and the length is perfect, suggesting the flow of the currents beneath the sea. The earrings, too, are a match to the movie and are a perfect compliment - pearl.
Though I am not a cosplayer, this reviewer is almost - almost! - curious to ask this model what life was like underwater, because I am convinced that Ariel is real. Fantastic job - you've really captured Ariel in the flesh.
