These costumes are beautiful, I see not a single flaw in either of them. The make up, outfit material, and hair, they are all perfect for each single season.
Although, I'm going to have to say, the first thing I noticed was the quality of the photo. the quality is quite poor, if you ask me, and I love having my pictures in HD or at least a clear view, but these pixels are so...spread out, if that's what you want to call it.
I also think that the poses could have been a bit more well thought out, but I do like Winter's pose pretty well.
I am afraid I have to agree with some of the other critiques.
These costumes are absolutely amazing. Without flaw.
I would have liked to see more MUA done on the characters, but that is a personal interpretation as I tend to go for a more primal feel.
The poses a bit lacking, but would have been fine if the presentation were something more.
The backdrop and lighting are what kills it for me. I believe with these powerful colors and costumes that this would have been good on an infinite black (Black backdrop and crush out the low end contrast in post)...
The lighting might have been better if it were closer... Less contrasty and softer (I know, that is counter-intuitive, but as your light is pulled back, it becomes more of a point source and hardens up shadows)... either that or with a diffuser. ([link])
I know that it might not have been possible, but an interesting approach might have been to light each character with their own key, and leave the fill the same on all... That would have allowed you to get a different feel on each one...
Different composition might work well, too... Like a family portrait pose... or individual shots in an urban environment (Like an alley way) with the location dressed for each season.
I know a lot of what I have said is subjective, but they are what comes to mind.

As for lighting, it's a bit... expected.
